This unique counseling/coaching method is based on Temperament Counseling which has an over 90% success rate.
We also offer a, one of a kind, behavioral management system called Moments with Micah. This system was designed by Pastor T.J. for children with challenging behavior in mind.
Pastor T.J. is a licensed clinical-pastoral counselor, with an advanced degree in child and adolescent therapy (M.C.C.) with N.C.C.A. (We are not a professional state licensed counseling service)
Pastor T.J. has over 10 years documentable experience working with children/teens and their parents, including children with special needs.
Pastor T.J. and his wife Liz are Joshua’s parents. Joshua is their 12 year old son who has Down Syndrome and the inspiration for the Joshua Factor Project, a pastoral counseling approach that has been designed with the behavior of challenging children in mind.
We can help you with challenging behavioral issues, coach you in the MwM method and assist you in the development of your child’s own B.M.A.P.
