This project is available in several different workshop formats including:

• The Joshua Factor Project Complete Workshop:
  A unique counseling approach that addresses depression and fosters positive behavioral changes, empowering steps of action that create new patterns of behavior. It is very solution-focused, enabling participants to practice new behavior that promotes breakthroughs in damaged emotions. This concept is based on family interactions with my son, Joshua, who has Down syndrome and provides a working model that allows each participant to discover their own Joshua Factor.
  
  
• The MwM method of Behavioral Management:
  This method is designed to address challenging childhood behaviors and is affectionately named Moments with Micah, after Pastor T.J.’s youngest child Micah. It’s meant to empower parents to overcome difficult behavior in strong-willed children and has also been very effective in addressing behavioral issues in children with developmental disabilities. A B.M.A.P can be developed for each child and family that is highly individualized and meets the specific behavioral demands faced by each unique situation.
